‍Kindred Works sets targets and tracks progress towards more sustainable buildings by focusing on three factors: carbon emissions, energy use, and comfort levels. These factors are measured using key metrics: (1) greenhouse gas intensity (GHGI), (2) total energy use intensity (TEUI), and (3) thermal energy demand intensity (TEDI).

‍Kindred Works is creating homes that are healthier, more efficient, cost-effective, and resilient to a changing climate. Kindred Works leverages three proven strategies for constructing more efficient buildings that deliver improved outcomes for the planet: (1) all-electric buildings, (2) reduce energy demand, and (3) on-site energy production.
